Trump Wins at the 7th Circuit

Some looney-tunes Canadian-born (yup) "judge"-ette in Chicago just got a monumental smackdown from the 7th Circuit.

A panel of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals scorched a Canadian-born, Obama-appointed judge for her heavy-handed and illegal imposition of operating procedures on all federal officers operating in Illinois. The majority opinion said the order imposed by Judge Sara Ellis, "impermissibly infringes on separation of powers principles. It effectively established the district court as the supervisor of all Executive Branch activity in the city of Chicago."...

Details at the link.

ARTICLE TWO, SENTENCE ONEPerhaps the dumbass Ellis should have read the United States Constitution instead of whatever the Hell they use in Canada.

She went to Loyola University of Chicago law school and her family is from Jamaica

Her competency is what we have come to expect from someone with a Jesuit education

Trump has lost more in court than he has won.

Another loss for Trump in court.

“Appointment of top federal prosecutors in New Jersey was unconstitutional, judge rules”

In a scathing opinion, U.S. District Judge Matthew Brann wrote that Trump’s administration has intentionally avoided taking the proper steps to appoint a top federal prosecutor in New Jersey.

Anony 4:27--yes, but the vast majority of his 'losses' were reversed on appeal, including to SCOTUS.

Suck it, pal.

Anony 10:05: Brann MAY be right. Stay tuned! Trump usually wins on appeal. (See above)

Judge blocks DOJ's criminal probe of Federal Reserve, blasting it as political.

A federal judge has put the brakes on a criminal probe of the Federal Reserve, saying it was part of an improper campaign by the Trump administration to pressure the central bank into cutting interest rates.
