Faddis has a very revealing post about the Organized Anarchists. He refers to them as 'anarchists' which is logical since Chaos is their inspiration and leader.
Here's a sample:

...They use burner phones. They do not discuss sensitive matters
in open channels. They use encrypted messaging services like Telegram
and Signal, and Discord.
Antifa
members learn to protect against surveillance cameras, automatic
license plate readers, and to scrub the metadata associated with any
photographs they take during an action. They learn what to do
when arrested. They are taught techniques for “de-arresting” colleagues,
in other words, physically confronting the police and rescuing their
comrades.
The actions of these groups are meticulously planned and well supported....
There's far more at the link. It is not pleasant reading. Here's where Faddis gets to the serious question:

republic has been growing for years without interference. In the face of
this growing threat, one would presume that our law enforcement and
intelligence agencies would have long since shifted into high gear and
torn this domestic terror machine apart. In particular, one would think
that the FBI, which is our lead counterintelligence agency and has the
responsibility for investigating terror threats domestically, would have
fully penetrated and dismantled Antifa and all of its allies.
Clearly, that has not happened....
It remains to be seen if Patel and Bongino have the will and street-smarts and can enforce that will to get FEEBs to do their damned job.
But another question: how long has the FBI been snoozing--or worse, deliberately ignoring the obvious?
I nominate the regime of William Webster. He served under Bush One, Reagan, Clinton, and Obama. We know that Obama saw full fruits of The Anarchy and that Bush One apparently did not care. Reagan did, but I doubt if the FEEBS were delivering information to him. And of course, Hillary.......
YMMV. Regardless, they have spent far too much time Ham-n-Egging with Hannity and pretending to be Catholic while spying on Latin Mass attendees, imprisoning grannies who happened to be in DC on J6, and otherwise being useless tools.
