If you knew very little about US laws, you'll agree with Fauci, and that's the audience he's playing to.
Anthony Fauci this week said it is “unfortunate” that a federal judge “superseded the authority of the CDC” by deeming the Biden administration’s federal mask mandate illegal....
But in fact, the CDC does not have "authority" in the matter under US law.
The CDC was committing insurrection, usurping regulatory law with its action on masking. As it turns out, the CDC was also willfully ignoring the science on masks, but that's another matter.
Fauci's single greatest accomplishment of his career is to have demolished the reputation of NIH, NAIA, CDC, and most of the medical establishment in the USA.
Lying--his specialty--has consequences.
