It's obvious that Zelenskyy has an agenda: preserve himself, his fortune, and his power. The same can be said about Bidenš¤” and the cabal actually running the Executive branch.
It's also obvious that the military-industrial establishment has an interest in More War; the US has to replace the $8BN in equipment left in Afghanistan by Bidenš¤” but doesn't have to hurry up unless there's a good reason to replace it ASAP. Like another war!
And then there's the Democrat Party, which understands that a nice, active, bloody, war will mitigate their electoral losses this November--and maybe, just maybe, that mitigation will leave them with some shreds of power so they can haul in more big bucks.
The Globalists are perfectly happy to see a smaller population and the fog of war; it's a crisis which they will be certain to use for their own purposes.
And then there's the Press, which loves the revenue-stream from war. Plenty of examples are provided in this essay at the Federalist, and there are plenty of examples coming from Ukraine.
