David Crowley has a problem. Under his watch, jail inmates have are using FREE laptop or tablet computers to contact people on the outside.
In one case, a clearly-dangerous murderer used one to intimidate witnesses.
Crowley pinned the tail on the donkey elephant:

Walker screwed up, but at least he charged the inmates for the device.
Crowley? He GAVE the damn things away.
It's a re-run of "Dumb and Dumber."

Tiffany was in the state legislature in 2018. It's also happening on the federal level under Trump.
Trump's becoming a liability to actual conservatives who voted for him rather than CabbageBrain or the Drunk--or 'Killer Hiller-y'.
