A few Wisconsin schools specialize in taking tax money and flushing it down the drain.

Students of the "Paul Mitchell The School" operations in Milwaukee and Madison have sucked up $2.2 million or so in the last couple of years, but forty percent of those loans will go unpaid.

"Paul Mitchell, The School" ops depend on tax dollars for between 66%-84% of their revenue.

Maybe some responsible Wisconsin government entity should take a look at those dumps.
