We began referring to George W Bush as "Bush the Dumber" a while back, and as time goes on, the appellation becomes more and more appropriate. At the same time, it's obvious that Mitch (the Dead) McConnell fell for the ChiCom "honeypot" scheme which works very well in D.C. This is why NOBODY trusts the Federal Government any more.
