Apparently the "SHINY OBJECT!!!!!" Republicans in the Wisconsin Legislature are preparing a bill which would force municipalities to cooperate with ICE in removing felon illegals (BIRM.)
It's a standard "Look a ME!!!! I'm a GOOD Boy!!!" ploy from a typical sub-average-IQ politician. We are all supposed to stand up, salute the flag, and kiss the posterior of the Brave and Stunning Patriots. (Also send money and rah-rah at his/her next local appearance but just send money is OK.)
Yah, right.
Evers was asked about that stupid plan and said that, in his mind, the Feds and the municipalities can deal with the questions all by themselves. The State doesn't have to get involved here.
Give him credit for clear thinking. Once.
