This is becoming a sickening routine. From the lowest-level (Milwaukee Couanty's Dugan) to midwit-occupied courts in D.C., "judges" are lying, gaslighting, or simply ignoring the Constitution--all to protect the elections of Democrats (and Deep-State Pubbies.)
We don't want to say they are asking for trouble........but..........

They are just letting the policy from Biden expire when it was supposed to. However, a Washington DC based federal judge, Ana Reyes, who is a Biden appointee, has blocked the Department of Homeland Security from ending temporary protected status...
Blatantly un-Constitutional. This dumb broad has ZERO authority over expired EO's under the Constitution. She is merely an Article Three persona (looking like an imposter), not an Article Two, Sentence One, executive.
They don't have the balls, but Republicans should cut Fed Court funding by about 50% as a warning.
