With all the annual hoopla and whoop-ti-doo about 'a deer-hunter State' and so on, you'd think that Wisconsin deer-hunters were really, really, really, good at taking game.
You'd be wrong, bucko! (See what I did there?)

Wisconsin hunters come in almost at the bottom of 'hunters successfully harvesting at least one deer, 22-23 season.'
Only 27% got one or more this last season.
You could throw rocks at the damn Bambis and score better than 27%.
