Having failed as a prosecutor, John Chisholm turns to comedy.

Chisholm says he's "under-resourced."
That's because Chisholm doesn't like to jail offenders. So the offenders take the hint and offend again. And again. And again. And again.
No wonder he's "under-resourced."
Moving on, we get to the comical part. "Address public safety issues from a public health approach."
Like what, John? Give them The Vaxx so they drop dead from myocarditis? Put them in the hospital so they get three squares/day plus a bed? Issue multi-vitamins and force the thugs to take daily showers?
Chisholm is not only a failed prosecutor. He's a failed comedian.
