Sundance is very pleased that Ryan sets himself up as Ticket-Taker for actual Republicans.
He also notes that Ryan talks about "winning":

Having run away from Janesville because it is NOT New York, Ryan is now comfy with the idea that he will be the king-maker in the Party.
Or so he thinks.
