Big Trump W on Mailed Ballots

You didn't see the shit-eating grin of Marc Elias on this one, didja?

The DC Circuit has allowed the Post Office to move forward with its election-mail rule requiring States to submit voter-lists and serialized ballot barcodes BEFORE the USPS will mail the Federal ballots.

(That ruling shuts down a stay-order from another far-Left King-Wannabee Fed judge.)

In addition:  the USPS will NOT deliver any ballots to clerks AFTER Election Day.

States will have to comply, meaning they must demonstrate that the voters are legitimate US citizens who are legitimately alive and living at the addresses they gave on registration.  Further, it will be "Election Day," not "Election month-and-a-half."

Kinda like elections should be held, no?

Tony Evers can eat s**t.

The appeals court's order does not resolve the underlying lawsuit but temporarily allows the Postal Service to move forward with the proposal while the case is reviewed.
