Apparently, the number of autism diagnoses jumped like an electrocuted cat as soon as Obama pushed through a PAY HERE Medicare category labeled "Autism."
Surely that was a co-incidence. /sarc
But remember that the Minnesota $$Billions were largely for "autism" claims.
