Our very own Cabbage--Tony Evers--stole the SNAP money last week, claiming that he 'followed the orders' of a Fed judge. Tony Evers is a liar and a thief.
Little Cabbage was lying, as no Fed judge ever told him to steal the money. However, that Fed judge did commit insurrection.
One day after that Fed judge's insurrection, SCOTUS paused his order, as even a 7th-grade civics student could have predicted. (Article Three is not the same as Article Two.)
Then, yesterday, SCOTUS "paused" that order for even longer.
... Ketanji Brown Jackson has extended the stay on an order to pay SNAP benefits on behalf of the Supreme Court. With Congress about to end the government shutdown, the Supreme Court has agreed to let the political process play out....
It will remain in force until Thursday of this week.
