Alexander Dugin also spoke out about the war in Israel. According to the philosopher, there could be other explanations for the delay in ground operations than the weather.
"I think the United States, seeing the rapid rise of the anti-American coalition of the Muslim world, is hesitant to let Israel launch the attack," he said.
