You can look up the definition of "Mass Shooting" but USA Today (Pravda Mothership) defines it as "at least four people are hit with gunfire" and Gun Violence Archive says the same thing. (Little Local Pravda doesn't mention the Racine event today.)
Moving on...........a birthday party in Racine was the scene of a Mass Shooting. But it doesn't fit The Narrative because there was no Assault Weapon, no White Christian Supremacist Nazi Trump Voter shooting at everyone in sight....
That's the reason Little Local Pravda didn't bother with the story.
