IOW, Perkins, Coie clerks, lawyers, and partners had access to the FBI's files on every American since 2012.
Do you trust a bunch of political-hack lawyers who work for the Democrat National Committee with your info?

The Judge has commanded the Treasury to break 31 USC 3512, 31 USC 6101, 31 USC 1122, 31 USC 3711, and 5 USC 552, amongst others.
So, not only has Judge Englemeyer arrogated to himself the Executive Power of Article 2 Section 1, he has ALSO given himself the Legislative Authority delegated to the Congress under Article 1 Section 1. Essentially he has claimed the unitary sovereign power of an Absolute Monarch and is ultra vires (beyond his powers) in the most extreme way imaginable.
Dems do love lawfare and the judges they control.
