Tony Evers is no longer serious.
Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers (D-WI) is backing a proposed law to replace the word "mother" with "inseminated person" in a state statute....
We are not fans of "Popcorn" Vos. But we thank God that he will write the budget, not Evers.
