Only Half?

We're not sure this poll is correct.

Fifty percent of Americans say the national media intend to mislead, misinform, and persuade the public, as just 35 percent say most news organizations could be relied upon, a Gallup and Knight Foundation poll found Tuesday....

Only half?

Well, not exactly.

...only 25 percent say the national media do not intend to mislead, misinform, or persuade the public. Twenty-three percent neither agreed nor disagreed....

So.  Seventy-three percent of Americans say that the national media misleads, misinforms, and 'persuades' (editorializes 'news').  But only fifty percent think they're doing it on purpose.

The other twenty-three percent think the media doesn't know what the Hell they're doing.

Looking at those twits--yah, that's about right.
