Jordan vs. Dep't of "Justice"

The Politico line on the investigation of the Department of "Justice" Cong. Jordan will undertake is this:

...The Justice Department is certain to fiercely protect its most sensitive investigative files and prosecutors are simply not going to hand over information on open criminal probes, legal experts say....

That might change if its budget is reduced by, say, 90%--which would not represent a great loss to America, nor any of its actual citizen-patriots.
