Not drugs. Not gangs. Not feral young men with no self-control. Not a DA who won't prosecute.
Just guns.
Tim Michels is right: If you want the same old Government, elect the same old people.
Milwaukee is a prime example, right down the road from Chicago but doing its damndest to catch up.
