Some Blackrobe twit in D.C. runs his yapper about the Bannon "trial."
...Wednesday's proceeding began with presiding District Court Judge Carl Nichols warning the defense team about trying to turn the trial into a "political circus."
He also would not allow the defense to make the case that Bannon was protected from having to comply with the subpoenas and testify before the committee because of executive privilege, which former President Trump waived before the trial....
Yah, OK. Bannon can't mount a defense based on a 230++ year tradition which he invoked long before Trump waived it.
So the ringmaster-judge is running a circus and doesn't like the smell of the Democrat dung?
