There are rules for running an ICU unit. One of those rules has to do with the number of hospital personnel/number of patients.
If you don't have the personnel, you MUST reduce the number of beds.

We are aware that Ascension had to close one of its "Urgent Care" outlets for a day due to a personnel shortage. We do NOT know if that was due to a vax-mandate.
