A number of (non-US) central banks have signed up with this CLIMATE DOOM CLIMATE DOOM CLIMATE DOOM-aversion plan. US banks, prompted by overseas insurance companies and those offshore centrals, were aligned with this at one time, but eventually discerned that the plans were suicidal for them AND for their customers.
But it's still out there, pushed by the Moron-in-Charge of Canada and the ultra-thin-blooded King Charles of England. Think you'll like it??
