Appeals Court Stays "Fund NPR" Ruling

National Public Panhandler Radio's funding was deleted by President Trump.

Naturally, NPR found a friendly court and sued to keep our money on the utterly ridiculous ground that NPR's "free speech" is endangered.  (NPR says they have a Constitutional Right to Our Money.)

That lasted 2 days.  An appeals court stayed the "Give Them Money" order.

It’s also a 1st A issue. A key part of President Trump’s executive order targeting NPR and PBS was unconstitutional, blocking the administration from denying federal funds based on editorial viewpoint.
