Al Gore: Lousy Prophet, But Rich!

"Fat Albert" retired from Government and became rich by investing in "green" enterprises.

That was due to his prophesies and the American public's willingness to buy any DOOMSDAY!!!! scare.

But Fat Albert was a lousy prophet liar.  He got rich; most Americans are paying lots more for the energy to run their homes and cars.

How bad was his "prophesying"?

MKE's Catholic Charities: Shady "Immigrant" Deal?

Intriguing short video here of a chirpy Milwaukee Catholic Charities worker talking about "Phase Two" of some immigration plan, followed by commentary from a former Border Patrol officer and supervisor.

We all know that Catholic Charities out of D.C. is indirectly cooperating with the cartels by advertising its offer of free housing, transportation, and meals to illegals at the border.  (Strictly speaking, this is a serious moral problem, but let's move on.)

Is Milwaukee's Catholic Charities "Phase Two" further accommodating illegal entry to the US?

Or is it a legal-immigrant op?

Wanna bet?

Johnson To "Fix" Section 702?

To give the guy some credit, Speaker Johnson seems to realize that the Snooper Community's frequent and obscene abuse of Section 702 (the Spy-on-YOU part) must be fixed.

Think that Your Government is just an innocent bystander?  Think again. They don't obtain a search warrant; they just Spy On YouGo to a Latin Mass?  Think your schools shouldn't teach second graders about masturbation?  Object--loudly--to the Forever Wars?  You're a target!

Here's a partial list of the bullshit that the FEEBS, CIA, NSA, and Army Intel snoops and perverts pulled:

“[T]ens of thousands” of baseless searches “related to civil unrest” in a one-year period, including 141 racial justice protesters and thousands of January 6 suspects.
Searches for individuals an NSA analyst had met on an online dating site and a prospective tenant.
Searches for a state court judge who reported civil rights violations to the FBI.
Searches for places of worship that were intentionally hidden from oversight.
Searches for a member of HPSCI and a U.S. senator.
A “batch” search for 19,000 Congressional donors.
“Batch” searches that included current and former federal government officials, journalists, and political commentators.
Searches for people who came to the FBI to perform repairs.
Searches for victims who came to the FBI to report crimes.
Searches for business, religious, and community leaders who applied to participate in the FBI’s “Citizens Academy.”
Searches for college students participating in a “Collegiate Academy.”
Searches for family members and colleagues.
    Searches for police officer candidates.
Searches for an individual employed by a defense attorney.
Searches for a wrongly accused American academic.
Searches based on a witness’s report that two men “of Middle Eastern descent” were loading cleaning supplies into a truck.
Searches for a local political party.
“Batch” searches for 1600 Americans “who had flown through an airport during a particular date range and were either traveling to or returning from a foreign country.”
2,000 searches for “the names and dates of birth of individuals who were registered competitors in an athletic event.”
The members of the House (and Senate) Intel Committees do not want any reforms; they're obviously acting on instructions from their masters in the Snooper Community.  Who knows?  Maybe the Snooper Community has videos of those "Fine, Upstanding, Members of Congress" doing the horizontal mambo with......boys?  14-Y-O girls?  On Epstein Island?  At P. Diddy's place?  Doing coke?  Slapping up their wives?  Taking cash bribes?

Would you be surprised if that came out?

Neither would we.

Scarf Lady Screwed the US

Someone put together a documentary on the Government's reaction to Covid19.

Scarf Babe Birx saw Covid19 as another AIDS (!!!) because she "fought AIDS" in Africa (and she was a disaster there, by the way.)

...Rob Montz [Documentary maker]: And it comes out, and this thing, which is mostly based upon surveys with municipal and public health officials in African countries that have been working with Deborah Birx, is a barnburner of an indictment on her management and leadership. It's insane. I mean, anybody can read it. It's not difficult to find. It's just nobody did read it because nobody's curious about it.

John Tierney: Right. This is the first I've seen of it, and it really is a barn burner showing what a horrible administrator she was.

Rob Montz: Everyone's like, she's a dictator. She doesn't listen to feedback. She very quickly becomes myopically committed to a particular paradigm and doesn't change it based upon the facts on the ground. She's dictatorial.

And she specializes in drawing the wrong conclusions.  HooBoy, did she ever!!

...she's the chief scientist on the task force. That's the woman. Somehow the mechanics of history are such that she's the person that gets to write the guidelines. And what she does, and again, I don't want to give away everything in the documentary, I want people to have a reason to go watch it, is she essentially makes this 75 IQ instinctual parallel between Covid and AIDS. She makes a certain set of assumptions that the Covid virus and HIV/AIDS virus are the same. And from those parallel assumptions come a certain set of policy prescriptions, including getting to zero cases at any cost, treating Covid as an equal opportunity killer, focusing on children and shutting down schools. This is all based on an HIV/AIDS paradigm....

Ah, yes.  Since Birx used a hammer on the AIDS nail in Africa, Covid 19 was simply another nail.

A bureaucrat who rose past her level of competence.  FAR past it.

One guess who put her in that spot.

You got it:  Mike Pence, another bureaucrat who rose way, way, way past his level of competence.  But the documentary maker has more thoughts about Pence:

...I don't really know his motivations. From a distance, before I'd gotten into this, he'd always struck me as the paradigmatic hollow man elected politician. He just seems like he was grown in a lab and is a soulless political automaton, and he just regurgitates on command GOP Christianist talking points. Are you even a person? Do you have a subjective experience of reality, or are you just a non-player character? So I don't really know what his motivations were. I don't really know....

Pence, like many others, (see, e.g., Brian Hagedorn on the Wisconsin Supreme Court) is the very picture of the "Government Man."  Motto:  if there's a doubt, go with the Government solution, or in favor of the Government's position, or power.

That was his motivation.  He's not really "evil."  He's just an automaton Government Man.

Trump really had no clue how broad and deep Government incompetence really is.  The Augean Stables were a dollhouse compared to the Leviathan of D.C.

Like Biden, EPA Lies Bigly and Continuously.

In order to put you into an electric car (at gunpoint) by 2035 or so, EPA lied like Hell to justify their mandate.

...EPA claims that the rule will reduce total greenhouse gas emissions over 2027-2055 by 7.2 billion metric tons. But despite a long and disingenuous discussion of the purported adverse effects of greenhouse gas emissions, EPA admits that it “did not…specifically quantify changes in climate impacts resulting from this rule in terms of avoided temperature change or sea-level rise.”

The reason for that failure is obvious: The answer would be embarrassing. If we apply EPA’s own climate model, with assumptions that exaggerate the climate effects of reductions in GHG emissions, the rule would reduce global temperatures in 2100 by 0.0068 degrees Celsius — an effect far too small to be detectable.  ...

Well, yes, but it's GLOBAL!  That means biggie biggie bigger, right?

Wrong again, greenbreath.

... EPA multiplies asserted reductions in greenhouse gas emissions by the “social cost of carbon,” a fictitious number that supposedly measures damage caused by the emissions.

This multiplier is fictitious because it is derived from an assumed future emissions scenario (“Representative Concentration Pathway 8.5”) so extreme that it has virtually no chance of becoming reality. And this is incorporated into climate models that already overstate the actual satellite temperature measurements by a factor of about 2.5. The result? Climate doom and gloom predictions wholly at odds with the actual evidence....

Here's a very good question:

...EPA claims fuel savings of about $30 billion annually as a benefit of the regulation. This is bizarre. If there are significant fuel savings to be had, why do individuals need regulatory coercion to adopt the vehicle choices preferred by the Biden administration?...

There's a lot more at the link (HT:  Ace).

We've long maintained that to maximize benefit to the climate, EPA must be eliminated.  Noxious gassery and forest-killing are its only products, and we can do very well without either.

One way or the other, they'll be gone before the turn of the decade.

The Upcoming Bird Flu Election-demic

The CDC is rattling its skeletal fingers about Bird Flu crossing over to one or two beef cattle in Texas.

Could be the end of our democracy.  Seriously.  Because by Election Day, well........

"Hot" Jobs? Nope. Part-Time Jobs

Don't buy the "hot job market" BS-in-a-bag from Biden.

The ‘hot’ March jobs report released by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics is not as positive as the Biden government and corporate media are billing. It actually shows that in the past 12 months, the U.S. economy has seen the number of full-time jobs decline by 1.3 million while adding 1.09 million part-time positions.

March’s total non-farm payroll employment rose, with 303,000 jobs added to the economy last month. However, the monthly change in full-time employment decreased by 6,000, while part-time employment added 691,000 jobs....

And in California, fast-food jobs are going to be extinct in about 12 months.

"Kill Him!!" Shout the NeoCons

Whoa.  This guy is one of Charlie Sykes' BFFs.

“The donor class can’t just sit back on the sidelines and say, oh, this will all just work itself out. They’re still going to have to go out and put a bullet in Donald Trump. And that’s a fact, Rick Wilson from The Lincoln Project stated on MSNBC broadcasting.

Bongino saw that coming a few months ago.

Did you notice 5 days' worth of MSM hair-on-fire reporting over this statement?

Neither did we.

The Very Irritating Speaker Johnson

So in the email I get a "survey" from Speaker Johnson.  It was a typical Republican Party "survey" with questions like "Do you favor less crime?" and "Do you oppose murder?" and "Would you like free frozen custard for life?" and other Pubbie crapola.  Sensenbrenner sent those insults out every 2 years, so they must be on the shelf at Stupid Party Headquarters.

But of course, there was no question about pissing away $125++ BILLION (and another $60 BILLION to come) in the vast wasteland known as "Ukraine."

No way they'd ask an opinion about that.

Oh--and by the way--your "survey" responses were useless unless you put a nickel into Johnson's slot.

Takes a lot of .......cojones........to act like that, doesn't it?

And yes, I know:  I put my information into the local Pubbie Party database.  My mistake.  Have blocked about 50 phone numbers with Begging Texts ever since.

Finally:

Dear Speaker Johnson,

I would send you a few bucks--except you already sent all my money to Ukraine.

Sincerely and Justifiably Angry,

Dad29

Zing!! Goes Teh Surber!

You should always read The Whole Surber.

Here's an example of "why":

...The tranny wars continue here and Christians are winning. Biden declared Easter Sunday something called “Transgender Day of Visibility,” which Obama began celebrating each March 31 at tranny day when he took office, likely at the request of his spouse....

The rest is very good, too.

Illegals, TB, and Dairy Products: the Plan

Oh, yeah.

It's not only rape, murder, deadly narcotics, and tax burdens and more.

Now it's deadly diseases.

...On Wednesday, Chicago health officials confirmed that tuberculosis has been discovered among the illegal border crossers being housed by the city for free in its “migrant shelters,” WFLD-TV reported.

Officials said “a small number of cases” have been found in “a few different shelters,” without specifying how many.

As the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention notes, TB can be fatal and is spread through the air. The CDC further says that “the bacteria usually attack the lungs, but TB bacteria can attack any part of the body such as the kidney, spine, and brain.”

While there is no effective vaccine for TB, it can be treated with antibiotics. Illegals will presumably receive this treatment for free....

(Chicago "officials" report "a small number" in "a few shelters."  Chicago "officials" also certify Democrat "landslide" elections every time.  How big is your grain of salt?)

So "dairy products," Dad29?  Huh??

Yup.  Dairy farms hire illegals all the time.  Small farms, big operations, whatever.  Once a cow gets TB, they go to the glue factory; the farmer takes a big L, and eventually your supply of dairy goods gets more expensive (and smaller.)

Unless you die first from the TB that some illegal sneezed into  you.

All part of Sponge-Brain-Shits-Pants' plan for Americans.

'Friends of Joe' Score $14 BILLION Fed Grants

If you're going corrupt, go big!

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) awarded nearly $14 billion Thursday to three organizations with deep ties to the Biden administration and the Democratic Party....

... the selected awardees are Climate United, the Coalition for Green Capital and Power Forward Communities, three groups that are taking home almost $14 billion combined to establish financing operations for a wide variety of green technology and energy projects under the GGRF’s National Clean Investment Fund....

So where's all that money going?

... Climate United is taking home nearly $7 billion, the Coalition for Green Capital is receiving $5 billion and the EPA is giving Power Forward Communities $2 billion in taxpayer funds, according to the agency. Each of the three organizations are planning to route at least 50 percent of their investments to “low-income and disadvantaged communities,” in line with the Biden administration’s “Justice40” commitment to ensure that at least 40 percent of the benefits of climate-related spending flows to such communities to pursue “environmental justice.”...

Here's a suggestion:

Buy EV's for all the victims of "environmental injustice."

Heh.

The Immorality of "Greater Good"

You may have noticed a current in moral theology called "proportionalism."  That's the formal name for the fallacy that 'you can do X for the "greater good,"' or--in short--"the end justifies the means."

Bp. Strickland noticed it, too.

...The rise of proportionalism (sometimes called consequentialism) was, and is, predicated upon a thin notion of freedom as a “freedom from” any kind of absolute moral norms which govern our choices. It provided a cover of sorts for misguided moral theologians within the Catholic Church. They confused many of the Catholic faithful who accepted their teaching, presuming that they spoke for the Church.
The proponents of proportionalism maintained that there were what they called “ontic” or “pre-moral” evils which one may choose when considering the morality of an action, if such a choice was made for the sake of a greater “pre-moral” good.

In this approach to the exercise of human freedom and choice
the promoters of proportionalism rejected longstanding Christian teaching concerning the existence of intrinsically evil actions that are always and everywhere wrong. They simply cannot ever be chosen. One cannot do evil to achieve a good end.
Though there were variances within their language, and an almost chameleon-like quality to their rhetoric, most held that it could be a moral course of action — at least in what was perceived to be a “complex” or “difficult” decision — to choose what promised to realize a greater proportion of this “pre-moral good” over a “pre-moral evil.”

One finds that a certain worldwide Order of priests which operates a number of "prestige" universities in the US often uses 'proportionalism' (consequentionalism) in their published blatherings.

Use your critical-thinking when reading their stuff.

CDC Suppressed Vaxx-Injury Reports

You'll be shocked, shocked!! to read this one.

...The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the past two months turned over 780,000 "free text" entries from V-safe, the agency's vaccine-safety monitoring system, under a January order by U.S. District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit by Freedom Coalition of Doctors for Choice. ..

What is critical about that?

Those notes were made by the earliest Vaxx recipients:  medical professionals.  So not only did CDC keep the damaging information under wraps for as long as possible, but that information came from people who by education and practice knew what they were talking about

The entire C-Suite of CDC should join Fauci and Collins on death row--after a proper trial, of course.

Blinken Commits Your Children to War

Epstein must have taken a LOT of pictures at his island, because a LOT of people are writing checks that you, your children, and your grandchildren will have to cash.  "Bible-Man" Johnson will send another $65 BILLION over there next week, and McConnell will stamp his approval on that bill.

So that money is gone, unless there's a very serious "intervention" in D.C.

But those two jerks are not the only problem.

In this clip, Blinken tells you that Ukraine will be admitted to NATO membership.

Didn't expect that, didja?  Huh?  DIDJA??

(There's some jackwad living on Prospect Avenue east of the village of Pewaukee who has a United States flag flying upside-down; under that is the flag of his true country and loyalty:  Ukraine.  Would be a shame if his flagpole fell down.)

Pray for Sefton

J.J. Sefton, a Wisconsin resident, has been writing the daily lead editorial for Ace of Spades for years.  His writing is excellent; he manages to be a flame-thrower without going over the top and his analogies and other literary devices are excellent.

He has a serious medical problem, and may have diagnosed the cause, as you'll read in his letter.

Say a prayer in your mercy.

"Bird Flu!!!!" Really???

As you can see from the following "alert," there's actually more evidence that Trump won in '20 than that there's a WHOLE NEW BIRD FLU ENDANGERING THE ENTIRE PLANET AND OUR DEMOCRACY!!!!!!

AWFLs Keep Blacks & Latinos In Chains in MKE

This is not really a surprise.

...The massive $252 million MPS referendum won only in “majority white wards” and wards with few children, according to an analysis conducted by Marquette University research fellow John D. Johnson. A clear racial divide emerged, with the referendum failing in majority Black and Latino wards, Johnson found....

"Majority white" and "few children" are the tells of Affluent White Liberal Female infestations.

They don't mind if black and Latino families pay more for less, even if that means choosing between food and rent.

Racism redux!

Silverado EV: NOT a Cheap Date

We can already hear the "thud" as this thing hits the "No Sale" barrier.

...The Silverado EV RST First Edition should go on sale midyear with a General Motors-estimated 440 miles of range, up from an earlier estimate of 400 miles, Chevy said Wednesday. The brand also confirmed the RST will start at $96,495 with shipping, less than the $106,895 starting price Chevy previously provided....

Don't tow anything larger than a coaster wagon; don't take it out during the winter, and fuggedabout climbing hills.

You'll be fine.

Don't You Wish......?

We can't see a downside here.

A police tactical firearms team in South Africa shot dead nine members of a brutal gang suspected of raping a young girl in front of her screaming mother.

Swift justice was handed out when the elite unit was ordered by top brass to find the eleven men who had put their victim through such a sickening ordeal....

The cops could have used a wood-chipper rather than all that expensive ammo, of course.

Choosy Beggars, Those Ukrainians

This is not the first time Ukraine has been all pissy-faced about FREE STUFF WE PROVIDE.

American-made F-16 fighter jets set to arrive in Ukraine this summer are 'no longer relevant' to the war, a senior Ukrainian military official has stated, adding 'shells and rockets' are needed in 2024....

Let's start at the beginning:  Ukraine was never relevant to the national interests of the US, and remains irrelevant today.

But Speaker Johnson, now firmly in the clutches of the military-industrial complex and the Globaloney Neocons, wants to hand these ingrates another $60 BILLION...........to defend Ukraine's borders instead of US borders.

We live in a country run and managed by fools.

How Biden Does It

Biden claims to have reduced insulin prices.

Here's HOW he did that:

Liberal? Conservative? Wrong-Think?

Ed Feser is a treasure in philosophy.  He's reviewing a book, (Three Reformers:  Luther, Descartes, Rousseau) by Jacques Maritain--another treasure--and we find this passage from Feser, who notes Maritain's distinction between "person" and "individual."

...  In particular, [a political order] must recognize that the common good to which the individual is ordered includes facilitating, for each member of the community, the realization of his ultimate, eternal end in the hereafter.  Thus, concludes Maritain, “the human city fails in justice and sins against itself and its members if, when the truth is sufficiently proposed to it, it refuses to recognize Him Who is the Way of beatitude” (p. 24).

This refusal is, needless to say, characteristic of modern societies, both liberal and collectivist.  And unsurprisingly, they have at the same time put greater emphasis on human individuality than on human personhood.  Both do so insofar as they conceive of the good primarily in economic and other material terms rather than in spiritual terms.  Liberal societies, in addition, do so insofar as they conceive of these bodily goods along the lines of the satisfaction of idiosyncratic individual preferences and emotional wellbeing.  Collectivist societies, meanwhile, do so insofar as they regard human beings, qua individuals, as apt to be sacrificed to the good of the species of which they are mere instances.  (It should be no surprise, then, that Burke would famously condemn “the dust and powder of individuality” even as he condemned at the same time the totalitarianism of the French Revolution.  For individualism and collectivism are rooted in precisely the same metaphysical error.)...

There's a hatful of "stuff" in there, no?  We think this is why Patrick Deneen is in a quandary about 'how to fix' the American experiment.  It certainly causes the problem with Z-Man, who talks incessantly about 'the dissident' without ever defining that person's objective.  It gives one pause to think, and re-think, that "Natural Law" debate, because neither side makes any sense at all unless there is a God, "Him Who is the Way of beatitude."

Oh, yes, and it reminds us that Christ is King, not only of the Universe, but of this world, now, just as the Cristeros and Pope Pius XI said.

And that's just a small out-take from a very useful essay.

Ukraine To Get Hunter Biden Treatment?

Federalist discusses the latest "Fool You Once!!" scheme from Speaker Johnson (and Donald Trump.)

...they’re trying to con everyone by selling the overseas welfare as a “loan,” as if the tiny nation, suffering an estimated half-trillion in destruction, will ever be in a position to reimburse the suckers who agree to such a scam....

This should be a very easy decision, at least for Sponge-Brain Shits-Pants' kid, Hunter, whose attorney lends him a lot of cash.

A “loan” that comes with no interest and no repayment deadline, and can ultimately be forgiven for any reason at all is, by definition, not a loan. It’s free money.

That's the ticket!!

New Hotness Acronym

PowerLine reports a development.

...A certain university I am close to has changed the named [sic] of its DEI office to a new acronym, DEIB, which stands for “Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging.” Isn’t “belonging” redundant after “inclusion”? Anyway, how about we add a relevant term to the enterprise: Whinging (because whinging, as the Brits say, about every imagined injustice is the stock in trade of DEI). Then the acronym would be DWEIB, pronounced “dweeb.”...

We think "dweeb" is far too kind.

Leave it at "DEIB."

Didn't Earn It, Bro.

These "Newcomers" Are Not Gardeners

The ultra-wealthy parts of the USA have some "Newcomers!"

Chilean gangs are taking advantage of the U.S. Visa Waiver Program and are coming to the U.S. just to burglarize luxury homes.

The U.S. Visa Waiver Program allows tourists to enter America for 90 days or less.

The gangs are very well equipped and use wifi-jammers to disrupt security systems.

The international thugs recently robbed a neighborhood in Michigan and stole $800,000 in jewelry and cash from a single home.

“They are super well-trained when they get here, highly organized. They look like ninjas they’re all masked up, gloves. They each have a backpack with their particular set of tools for their job in the burglary,” said Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard.

The gangs are targeting homes throughout the country, especially in Southern California.  --Revolver quoting Trending Politics.

Please suppress your laughter.

Wealthy Democrats: 'Go Ahead! Cheat To Win!'

Not surprising at all.

...[P]ollster Scott Rasmussen asked voters a simple question: “Would you rather have your candidate win by cheating or lose by playing fair?”...

That should be a "doh" question, right?

Wrong.

... [M]ore than a third of the elite 1% he surveyed would condone cheating. And among those who are “politically obsessed” – meaning that they talk about politics every day – that number shot up to 69%.

Keep in mind that this elite 1% group is overwhelmingly liberal. According to Rasmussen, these are mainly well-educated urbanites who make more than $150,000 a year and think Joe Biden is doing a great job. Nearly three-quarters identify as Democrats....

Still think Biden "won"?

Like You Expected from 'TrannyTony' Evers

He never really came across as a real man, did he?  Real men defend women.  Not Tony.

Wisconsin Democrat Gov. Tony Evers vetoed a bill banning biological males from female-only sports.....

He actually thinks he can overturn natureHe's demented.

Tolerance, Yes and No

Fr. Garrigou-LaGrange wrote profusely, and with penetrating wisdom.

Some Anger IS Righteous

Thomas Aquinas tells us that there is "righteous (i.e., justifiable) anger."*

Such anger is morally right when aroused by injustice:

...In his Summa theologiae, Aquinas explains that anger is, fundamentally, one of the passions of the soul. “Passion” is a somewhat antiquated term, but it is similar to (although not quite synonymous with) the more familiar term “emotion.” The point is that anger is a natural phenomenon of human existence. From the standpoint of Christian theological anthropology, this means anger is not inherently evil. We know this because anything that is truly “natural” belongs to God’s creation which is called good from the very beginning (Gen. 1:31).

Understood generically, the passion we call “anger” is something good. It is defined by a desire for vindication — the vindication that belongs to justice (ST I-II.46.2). It is a desire to see
God’s order restored in creation and in human society. When we witness actions that are opposed to that order, there is a morally right response to those actions: anger. As with all the passions (fear, joy, sadness, desire, etc.), anger manifests itself as a bodily response. We feel anger; we don’t just think it.

On these terms, we can understand why anger is a virtue. The passion of anger is a response to something that we have deemed to be wrong with the world. It reflects a judgment about the way things ought to be. This judgment is a movement of the will.
When our reason and our passions are rightly ordered, we recognize injustice for what it is, and we feel angry about it. As Aquinas explains, in instances where a person witnesses injustice but does not feel anger, “The lack of anger is a sign that the judgment of reason is lacking” (ST II-II.158.8 ad 3). The absence of anger can be a vice....

Why this post?  Well, yesterday the Sage of West Virginia referred to "self-righteous anger" as belonging only to God.  He can be forgiven; he's not a devotee of Aquinas.  But then, another blogger came around with something that is pertinent.

...every society that has successfully developed into a civilization has an elite that not only practices some form of noblesse oblige, but holds the members of the elite fully accountable to objective laws that are not substantially different than the laws the plebs must obey.

In short, to rule, one will be held responsible. To rule successfully, one must be capable of responsibly looking after the interests of the ruled.

Any elite that does not do so is viewed, correctly, as parasitical and illegitimate, and in Chinese terms, does not hold the Mandate of Heaven. And if there is one thing that is clear about the current Clown World super-regime, it is that it is illegitimate by its own self-proclaimed standard of democracy and its laws are entirely subjective. Which is why Clown World, like Babylon, is going to fall....

He's not an optimist, is he?  But he does point out the reason(s) for morally licit, justifiable, righteous anger.

And there's a lot of that out there

(Yes, I know that the FEEBS will 'call on me' at my home.)

*Grim has more on the topic which is necessary reading.

Speaker Johnson, Sen. Graham Play You for Fools

More of the same from these two twits.  Non-invested observers are clear:  Ukraine's goose is cooked.  Russia is taking down their electric grid as we type, and most likely fried a lot of computers, lightbulbs, stoves, transformers, and teevees in the process.

So what do these two geniuses propose?

1)  They're going to extract another $60 BILLION from your children and grandchildren (assuming that the US economy is still alive enough for them to earn anything.)

2)  They're going to demolish any and all foreign trust in US banks.  What country or "oligarch" will deposit funds here knowing that with a change in politics, their money will go *POOF*?

3)  A loan?  Is Zelenskiy going to pay it back?  Nope.  Will Ukraine pay it back?  Not really, except in paying Goldman, Sachs, Blackrock, and certain US contractors to "rebuild" the entire country.

4)  That "natural gas" Graham talks about is his breaking wind into your face, by the way.  Russia is doing well, thankyouverymuch, despite Graham's "sanctions."

5)  Oh, yes:  who's going to force Biden to implement 'border controls,' and what--exactly--will they look like?

But never mind all that.  They think you're stupid (just like before the Covid Hoax.)

The New Primary Combat Rifle

Interesting news item.

Army Futures Command announced last week that troops from the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, have received the Army's next-generation rifles and light machine guns chambered in a new 6.8mm round. These new weapons are replacing the decades-old M-4 and M-16 battle rifle platforms.

Military Times reports soldiers from 1st Battalion, 506th Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell were handed XM7 Next Generation Rifle and XM250 Next Generation Automatic Rifle ahead of training in April.

Produced by firearm maker Sig Sauer, the XM7 is a 6.8×51mm gas-operated, magazine-fed assault rifle that replaces the M-4 carbine for close combat fighting. The XM250 is a 6.8×51mm gas-operated, belt-fed light machine gun that replaces the M249 Squad Automatic Weapon, or SAW. Both rifles are chambered in 6.8×51mm, a new round for the Army that will increase range and improve lethality against the most advanced body armor used on the modern battlefield. ...

There had been a lot of bitching about the lethality (or non-lethality) of the 5.56x45.  Old grunts preferred the .308 Win (~7.62x51) of the M-14.  So 6.8x51 is a compromise.  Larger round, more oomph in powder charge.

Expect more bitching from the enlisted ranks, even though it is possible that the brass got this right.

It's Still "See-Bee-Ess" When FBI Is Involved

Can you say Fake News?

The corporate media is sounding the alarm about a new report from CBS that dropped this weekend, which claims that the Russian government has maintained a decade long, top secret directed energy weapon program, and has been using these tools exclusively against U.S. government intelligence agents....

An FBI agent appeared on the show, which is......ahh........interesting.

...CBS subtly acknowledges on multiple occasions that the FBI has been in the loop regarding her appearance and talking points on CBS. This means that CBS and the FBI have been working in concert on this story, which leads to a variety of questions about the independence of 60 Minutes in reporting the story accurately and without bias....

Gee.  CBS has been carrying FBI propaganda for years.  But don't look there!

... If we are to believe the narrative, Vladimir Putin has been authorizing his intelligence officers to fire sci-fi-like ray guns against American intelligence officers, and he’s been doing this since 2014....

Russia!  RUSSIA!!!!!  RUSSIA, DAMMIT!!!!

The CIA actually released a report on "Havana Syndrome" a while back; the report was clear:  there is no evidence of Russian Ray-Guns.

But there is money for those who are "harmed" by Russian Ray-Guns.

Too bad Putin doesn't use those weapons in Ukraine, eh?

Cdl. Gregory Slams Biden (!!)

We have not stood in unalloyed admiration of Cdl. Gregory, and for good reasons.

But the Cardinal knows a spade--and calls it--when he sees one.  The question is "Why?", and we also have an answer, below.

...Cardinal Wilton Gregory slammed President Joe Biden on Sunday for being a “cafeteria Catholic,’’ picking and choosing what doctrines he wants to believe in; he cited the president’s support for “abortion rights” and transgender “visibility” as examples....

The Cardinal then pulled his punch:

...“I would say that he’s very sincere about his faith,” the cardinal stated. “But like a number of Catholics, he picks and chooses dimensions of the faith to highlight while ignoring or even contradicting other parts.”...

No, he's not "sincere," and you damn well know it.  He uses "his faith" in an attempt to fool people into thinking that he has some sort of moral center.  That's the M.O. of a lot of politicians.

But at least the Cardinal put it on the table.  He's undoubtedly feeling the heat from Cdl. Mueller's call to excommunicate Biden and is sending the telegram.

Think they'll go to Ex-Com?

Don't hold your breath.

Been to Biden Mart?

Oh, yes, there is such a place as Biden Mart.

And if you eat, you know about it.  Go ahead.  Try it.

And as they say, "Read it and weep."

"Improving the Economy", Part 26,990

First (reported) Improvement in the Wisconsin Economy.

(You can bet there are lots more crimes committed by illegals in Wisconsin, but five counties:  Milwaukee, Dane, Racine, Brown, and Kenosha, will NEVER report that 'illegals' committed a crime.)

Anyhow.

Fond du Lac County District Attorney Eric Toney has charged an illegal immigrant with attempted first-degree intentional homicide improving the economy for allegedly stabbing his wife in the stomach with a steak knife, lacerating her liver, inside a Wisconsin residence....

The illegal has a long history of domestic violence.  He was captured in Ozaukee County after hiding out in a residence there.

Gym Manger Right, "Emily" Wrong

No matter how the Daily Mail writes the story, the gym manager is correct.

A mother-of-three has cancelled her gym membership after being 'dress-coded' by the centre's 'older male' manager.

Emily May, 32, was furious by the man's insistence that her workout attire was not sufficiently modest and breached the gym's rules.

The mother, from North Carolina, said she was wearing a crop top and high-waisted leggings leaving 'a couple of inches' of midriff visible on the day of the confrontation - 'normal workout clothes'....

She didn't mention the four inches of boob that are clearly visibleWhy is that?  (Pix in the article.)  Also, a bellybutton is not "X", but those boobs are--that's why the Hollywood chippies hang 'em out there.

And does "mother of three" have anything to do with the issue?  Nope.  But that should make her a sympathetic character, right?

Wrong.

Buy some barbells and a treadmill for your house or garage, Emily.
