Rather than blame "the Trump Administration" for every. damn. thing. that goes wrong, including pimples, loss of hair, flat tires, and wrinkles, perhaps the Mayor of Wauwatosa (and the Milwaukee County Exec, the Mayor of Milwaukee, the County Exec of Waukesha.....etc., etc., etc., ) should be quizzed about having Emergency Reserve Funds.
Because they do not have them, based on the yammering and wailing we see today.
Why not?
