This guy Roger Kimball can assemble really good quotes and make a powerful column. In this case, he righteously lauds Donald J Trump for every. damn. appointment. he has made so far.
First quote of note is from James Burnham, who quoted (!) a Frenchman on "The Rule."
...The usual rule is this: when Democrats win elections, they wield power. When Republicans win elections, they seek, or at least agree to, compromise.

There are hundreds of examples of Republican girlish weakness; one was George HW Bush, another was Paul Ryan; then there was Eric Cantor, GWBush, Mike Pence, and Jeff Sessions--not to mention the (arguably) worst of them: John McCain. Note well: all of them are "ex." Only McCain has a really good excuse for that.
Then to Cleta Mitchell, who was dumped by local lawyers Folly & Lardbucket when it was clear that Cleta is a lawyer who believed in Constitutional principles:

This is why Trump can attend a UFC event and the winning fighter hands Trump his victory belt. This is why Trump can attend a UFC event and the whole crowd (less a few) chants "USA USA USA!!"
