Used EV Value? Could Be Zero

There are lots of arguments the Green Weenies use to persuade you of the "value" of an electric car.

Too bad the economics argument overrides all their Pixie Dust and Unicorns crapola.

Canadian Electric vehicle (EV) owners have been shocked to find out that battery replacements for their cars, especially older models, tops $20,000....

That's about $15K in US dollars.

So you have an 8-10 year old EV in the driveway and it's time to trade it in.  Assuming you get to the dealership before the battery croaks, what do you expect the dealer (or Tesla) to give you for it?

If you guessed "Zero, or Near-Zero", you get the chicken dinner!!

But you saved a three-toed tree frog.  Put that on your resume!!
