Yes, they quit it because the damn thing can't tell the difference between the flu and CoviDOOM.
The important questions:
How long did CDC know that the PCR didn't work?
How many false positives were there over the last two ++ years?

The seven-day average of daily COVID-19 cases in Wisconsin increased dramatically to more than 4,600 positive tests — the highest level since the November 2020 surge, according to state Department of Health Services data.
On Thursday, the state reported nearly the highest one-day case count of COVID-19 since the beginning of the pandemic. The case numbers rivaled those seen during the fall 2020 spike of COVID-19 statewide.
The CDC, the hospitals, and the patients have NO idea how many of those 'cases' are actually CoviDOOM. None.
What a joke this has been.
