In other words, if President Soft-Serve is misled by his war-happy Globalists in State and Intel, he'll drop a couple on Moscow as a warning.
Remember the 'weapons of mass destruction' in Iraq? Yah. That sort of misleading.
The excuse for this? 'Oh, it's the same policy as we had during the Cold War. No big deal. Nothing to see here. Move along'.
And then he said that Putin 'must be removed' as Russia's leader. Putin will take that as a warning, of course.
The Cold War had a different enemy. Putin ain't Khrushchev, and Russia is not the USSR.
And all the Presidents during the Cold War had all their faculties.
