OK. We've had Foxconn stories all week. First the 'no manufacturing' story, then the 'it's Evers' fault' story, and finally (we hope) the REAL story: Foxconn will manufacture here, and evaluate its Phase 2 and Phase 3 operations based on market conditions.
Wanna bet that Evers--a remarkably incompetent boob--got into conversation with Foxconn and said something really, really, stupid?
