The larger picture on USAID is this: that organization gave billions of dollars to "good guy" non-governmental orgs; ones that pushed green schemes, or 'good government' schemes, or 'health' schemes.

...It will take a while but you are going to find out that family members of folks elected to Congress, as well as family members of folks who have populated senior positions in both Dem. and GOP Administrations, have lucrative places within the industries funded by USAID.
This has long been the main source of nepo-corruption. It is much easier to enrich the families of politicians via public funds sent in their direction that it is to enrich the politicians themselves.
There are many ways to do the latter, but simply creating Govt funded organizations for one obscure purpose or another, which are then headed by members of the extended family of politicians with great benefits and perks, is time-tested and bipartisan....
It's exactly what the Chinese and Ukrainians did for the Biden Crime Family.
And note well: this is bi-partisan.

Here’s the problem: Most hospitals’ total income is almost entirely sourced from Medicare/Medicaid—the same agencies DOGE has been quietly auditing for the past week. In most cases, any hospital’s government funding exceeds 70% of total revenue. Hospitals basically have one customer, and it isn’t the patient.
Worse, Medicare/Medicaid establishes the “approved” treatment protocols for nearly every disease and condition, dictating what it will pay for, and what it refuses to pay for. Hospitals’ financial existence depends on compliance, and they had no choice but to obey. And on the flip side of the Judas coin, obeying was very lucrative.

I want people going to jail for this, hundreds or thousands of them. Loss of all professional licenses, suits to claw back funds, EVERYTHING that can be thrown at these pieces of crap who have stolen from us AND funded our enemies.
