Indeed, Congressman. Mythology persists.

I don't deny it exists, I DOUBT it exists. At least in the anthropogenic sense. They have taken those of us who are skeptical and made us "deniers". Whatever. I'm just looking for a little better science in the debate. Because what is there ain't science. It's religion. Even in the face of evidence that the science is bad, the believers continue to believe. Not science.
IMHO - the major gap in any science on the matter isn't whether or not there is evidence that the climate on Earth changes - we all know it does. It is that they have failed to prove that it is a) caused by man and b) that we can do anything about it.
I still contend that we accept that climate will change and that we use our science and technology to adapt as needed. But if you want a good laugh, read Dana Milbanks column today about "smoke and mirrors".
