Not just Bozos.
Twit-Bozos.
Bartenders would have to maintain absolute sobriety under a proposal debated by a state Assembly panel Tuesday
Being under the influence of alcohol or partying with customers is problematic for servers, bill author Rep. Josh Zepnick (D-Milwaukee) told the Assembly’s Committee
Zepnick is nuts. I know plenty of barkeeps who have a pop or two with their customers, usually just before the joint closes up for the night.
Bury his "bright idea."

This idea is absolutely absurd.
Do they seriously think they know better than everyone?
Belling brought up a good point yesterday: let's have absolute sobriety for all lawmakers... ALL the time.
Hey! Didn't you get the memo!? They know what's best for all of us. We, of course, have no clue, otherwise we'd all be leftist asshats who want to run everyone else' life. Now, get with the program...
I think this is, within reason, a matter of individual choice.
My family grew up in the bar business. What dad said is essentially true but so is the fact there are quite a few bar owners who don't do that (their choice) because once you start accepting a drink here or there, when do you stop?
I can possibly see some concerns if the licensed bartender is inebriated but, outside of that, government has more important things to worry about.
