Section 702, part of the laughably-titled "Patriot" Act, allows CIA, NSA, and FBI to conduct warrant-less searches on US citizens and aliens within the USA.
It's up for renewal.
Dick Durbin says he won't vote for it unless it becomes Constitutional.
Durbin is lying, of course, but it's a signal. Watch for the flim-flam and foo-foo dust act in Congress as they renew 702 while pinky-swearing that they did NOT do so.
Watch--especially--the Wisconsin Republicans.
