WikiLeaks' Next Release? A Major US Bank

This should be a lot of fun.

So do you have very high impact corporate stuff to release then?

Yes, but maybe not as high impact…I mean, it could take down a bank or two.

...

Will we?

Yes. We have one related to a bank coming up, that’s a megaleak. It’s not as big a scale as the Iraq material, but it’s either tens or hundreds of thousands of documents depending on how you define it.

Is it a U.S. bank?

Yes, it’s a U.S. bank.

One that still exists?

Yes, a big U.S. bank.

The biggest U.S. bank?

When will it happen?

Early next year. I won’t say more.

...there will be some flagrant violations, unethical practices that will be revealed,

but it will also be all the supporting decision-making structures and the internal executive ethos that cames out,

A 'major US bank' in the Pentagon's computers?

WikiLeaks posts documents from any source regardless of credibility of provider or how many people it will kill. Equel opportunity liberal.

How many people have died because of WikiLeaks and their publishing?

I don't seem to recall any uptick of American soldier deaths since the publishing in July/August.

So Anony, you're cool with the leaks? Espionage? Possible treason for the PFC?

Further, you don't think this will be used as propaganda against our troops (and citizens)?

Neo-Con,
I think you are replying to me?

I'm fine with the leaks. I don't see any harm with them. If they can pull them up on legit espionage charges, great. Are they terrorists? Hell no. I dunno what PFC means, though. :(

If it's used as propaganda, whose fault is that? It's not WikiLeaks's fault. Maybe those things shouldn't have happened.

Besides, I can think of much worse things America does on a daily basis that's worse than what's been released by WikiLeaks.

Excuse me, but Julian Assange is a lapsed computer programmer. What reason is there to believe he could reliably evaluate the intramural correspondence of the brass at the Bank of America?

Anon, those documents contained explicit informer statements. They blacked out the names but left family descriptions and neighborhood identification zones. So if you happen to be the only man with three kids in al-whatever and the document says mr XXXXX, who has three kids in the sublet of al-whatever then you are dead.
But then again, liberals have never cared how many innocent die. They lied about Stalin, they sentenced millions of poor kids to die of malaria, etc..

Why stop now.

Yet, when the private emails of those climate scientists were leaked, those on the right who are calling for hell to pay for these leaks were the first in line to champion that outed material.
