"Municipalities, and certainly the City of Milwaukee, I think took extraordinary measures to protect voters and to protect election workers," [in the April election] said Neil Albrecht, executive director for the City of Milwaukee Election Commission.Neil Albrecht and Choo-Choo Tommy protected the voters by making them stand in hours-long lines in the cold, cloudy, weather. Because if you're going to get ill, standing outside in the cold for hours is CERTAINLY NOT the way to do it.
They protected poll-workers, too, mostly by letting them stay home.
Finally, they protected 170++ polling places by NOT opening them. NONE of those polling-places have come down with Chinese Lung-Rot, as Albrecht noted.
