Observations

Drove from the SE side of Milwaukee County to the NW side of Waukesha County yesterday around 2:30 PM.

Heaviest westbound traffic I've seen on I-94 in a couple of months.  Maybe it's that the bars are open in Waukesha?

In the 'hood where I live, there were a bunch of walkers out and about yesterday.  Only 10% were wearing face-diapers.

End of observations for yesterday.

UPDATE:  was at the airport today.  One of four (FOUR) cars waiting for a passenger outside the baggage-claim section.  About two dozen passengers left the building during the 30 minutes we were waiting.  BONUS:  no stupid "Move along!" from the deputies.
