In Georgia....

There is a videotape of a shooting in Georgia which has created a national furor.  In brief, a black man was shot to death by two white men--both of whom are now under arrest for murder.

The local D.A. submitted a report on the matter to the local P.D. before handing it off to another prosecuting agency.

The report is interesting.

There you find an account of the incident which is different from the one being promulgated by the national press.

VERY different.  Apparently the black man attempted to grab the shotgun and may have pulled the trigger.  That changes the dynamic and "self-defense or defense of others" comes into play here.

Maybe, maybe not.
