There is a verse given to Tony by Monty Python, wherefrom Tony got his idea:
"....thou must count to five A reading from the Book of Shutdowns, Chapter 4, Verses 16 to 20: And the Lord spake, saying, "First shalt thou open the holy door-lock. Then, shalt thou count to five. No more. No less. Five shalt be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be five. Four shalt thou not count, nor either count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to five...."The Merciful Lord Tony grants five customers to the shopkeeper, but not the churches, which may have only ten. The hair-stylist and the barbers shall have none.
In the past, Lord Tony has already granted multiple thousands of mercies to the Big Boxes according to the Testament of Lobbyists, Chapter One, Verse 666.
And it shall be written: Lord Tony, who has never missed a paycheck in his career, has granted this mercy.
