That's the real headline for this story:
...On the patio at Mo's Irish Pub in Wauwatosa, customers could be seen dining on the patio where tables were kept several feet apart.
The pub even promoted the patio's opening on its Facebook page....
...The City of Wauwatosa tweeted plainly, "Restaurants/bars are carryout only."
"The Supreme Court said we could be open," Mo's General Manager Karen Waters said, "We distanced our tables 6 feet apart; my crew is in masks and gloves."
"So you guys are leaning on the Supreme Court order and not the local order?" she was asked.
"Again, yeah, we are going with the Supreme Court order."...The City of Wauwatosa will lose in court if they attempt to close the place, and Mo's is in a position to "DARE YOU!!!" over a licensing dispute, unless Tosa wants another vacant property not paying taxes on that corner.
