For those of you wondering about Justice Hagedorn's dissent on the Palm order, recall that Hagedorn was Scott Walker's 'house lawyer.'
Walker is a Government Guy. Always has been. Walker never reduced State headcount, never really reduced State regs, and maybe just as important, never really spent any money on maintenance of Government properties--which is biting unemployment claimants hard these days.
So naturally, Hagedorn likes Government. That's why Walker hired him.
