So here's the JS' take on Ryan's Roadmap:

Ryan's proposal would cut spending by $6.2 trillion over the next decade, in large part by reducing payouts to Medicare and Medicaid.

However, those reductions result from major re-structuring of the plans, right?

So would it be, ahhhh..............less prejudicial to phrase it this way:

Ryan's proposal would re-structure Medicare and Medicaid, which will provide the largest part of Federal spending reductions of $6.2 trillion over the next decade.

Hmmmmm?

Don't forget the $4 trillion in Ryan's plan for fat cats...sort of zeroes out any savings.
