Easily the Best-Performing Workforce in History!!!

Noted by Zippers:

Just 737 federal employees were denied a pay increase in 2009 due to poor job performance, according to information obtained by the Federal Times, a D.C. newspaper for government employees. That’s about one out of every 1,698 workers, or a denial rate of 0.06%.

Believe it or not, that is actually up from recent years,...

Not that long ago, Ford Motor Company adopted a policy whereby the lowest-performing white-collar employee in any unit was fired.

FIRED! Not given another year of salary...just fired.

Wisconsin musician Glen Shulfer's song "Union Man" is going viral on this very topic. Check it out! He was featured in Charlie Sykes' radio show today; would love to see him on TV or at a tea party rally. Can someone make that happen?
