SCOTUS rules that the Fed must release the names/amounts of all borrowers from the Fed's "emergency loans" and --very significant-- at its discount window.
The Fed's discount-window operations are generally boring day-to-day transactions, but since the Banks (through their 'clearinghouse' operation) fought tooth and nail to prevent disclosure, there may be some very interesting information there.
