How bad is the job-loss picture?
As a percentage of prior peak-employment numbers, of all the post-war recessions, this is the worst job-loss recession except for 1958 and 1948.
And (see chart at this link) this recession's number is cliff-diving. It may not be over yet...

It is only going to get worse. Obama's spending will suck capital from the markets making it difficult for banks to grow and small business to capitalize any growth.
Obama's team of economic dolts have no idea what they are doing.
Interestingly, after railing against the Guantanamo detention center, the Democrats then withheld funding to close it, claiming budget frugality. Besides, should any of these killers be released by a US court, they would have to compete in the employment markets.
