"Shadow" Government Stats
The chart below shows Walter J. Williams' ("John") alternative CPI measurement, (blue line) relieved of the distortions foisted on the Index by the Clintonistas and Bushies. Williams has all the pedigrees: Dartmouth, Tuck Scholar MBA, practicing economist for Fortune 500 clientele, yada yada.
