Chvala's Sentence

Chuck Chvala (D-Extortion) was very lucky--not only did he get to run the State Senate any way he wanted to--but in addition, he got Mike McCann (D-Soft In The Head) to be his prosecutor.

So Chvala pled to a couple of criminal counts, which did NOT include his extortion/Pay for Play schemes--easily the most significant breaches of trust and duty in the list of charges.

The "prosecutor" recommends 6 months in slam (and it won't be Waupun), a couple years' probation, and $448K in fines--depriving Chuckles of his campaign fund, all ill-gotten gains, anyway.

My proposal: how about 10-15 years' Waupun?

I saw that sad sack of crap in the paper this morning with the sad puppy dog face. What a wuss.

If he DID go to Waupun, do you think the boys in da' joint would rape him for the power, or for the pleasure. I'm inclined to guess the latter.
